If you are diabetic type 1, taking prescription medications or undergoing any allopathic treatments (such as chemo), I recommend you obtain permission and supervision from your Primary Care Practitioner before undergoing the cleanse. All animals instinctively fast during times of injury or illness for the healing benefits are tremendous. I have seen people taking prescription medications do juice cleanses and there are retreat centers for reversing diabetes using fresh pressed juices and raw foods.

While there are many healing benefits from juicing and fasting I cannot guarantee any curative effects from the cleanse. You alone are responsible for your choices during this cleansing program. As an Integrative Health Practitioner, I will educate, coach and motivate you during this program but I'm not qualified; nor do I intend, to medically monitor your cleanse. With the education and resources l provide during this program as tools, I encourage you to obtain the support of your friends, family and Primary Care Practitioner to assure you receive the best cleanse possible.
